Housing Information
Our SRC Family is excited to host you for the 2023 Church planter’s conference!
You will be staying at the homes of Spanish River Church attendees during the retreat. Hosts are aware of the retreat schedule, including the meal schedule. Your housing assignment will be sent in a separate email by September 26th. If you have not received an email by that time, please contact Sara Vandemark.
Before You Arrive:
We request that you contact your host family prior to September 29th letting them know your arrival and departure days/times.
While You Are Here:
Please remember to inform your hosts of your daily plans so they can anticipate when you plan to be at the house. Communication with your host family prior to and during your stay is key to preventing any confusion.
Remember that some of our hosts work and/or have children. Please be respectful of the times you arrive and leave the house.
